2 Negotiation Modeling by ALEX Labs
To eliminate the stress and emotional turbulence for seller and buyer clients, ALEX recommends in advance responses to all offers and counter offers. For sellers, recommended list price, counter offers and minimum acceptable of value and terms. For buyers, initial offer, counters and final and best offer.
