Alex’s Take: Austin is rocking. This is the first time a tertiary city (yes, Austin is considered a tertiary city in the US) has ever topped the AFIRE survey.

AFIRE’s Take: “…Austin, Boston, and Dallas—tertiary, primary, and secondary cities, respectively—are the top three US cities for planned investment in 2021. This is the first time a tertiary city has ever topped the AFIRE survey.
