ALEX Cares, ALEX.realestate and ALEX Partners are accepting applications for major gifts to non profit fund raising auctions and galas.

ALEX is willing to donate each month in select ALEX Regions to support non profit fund raising auctions and galas.

LISTING PACKAGE GIFT VALUES

Listing Package Gift Value is based on requested and agreed to maximum list prices. 

The value is 3% of the list price representing the listing side commissions.
Listing Side Commission Value Examples:

$1M   – Value is $30,000 ($1,000,000 * 3%)

$3M  – Value is $90,000 ($3,000,000 * 3%)

$5M  – Value is $150,000 ($5,000,000 * 3%)

$10M – Value is $300,000 ($10,000,000 * 3%)

We will be glad to discuss a different Listing Package Gift Value.

MULTIPLE LISTING PACKAGE GIFTS AVAILABLE

Depending on the composition of your benefactors, we will consider more than one Listing Package Gift Value for a non profit fund raising auction or gala.
