ALEX Labs just released its analysis of the 2023 Texas Association of Realtors’ International Residential Transactions Report. ALEX’s six key findings:

61% already residing in the US on visas or as recent immigrants.
50% bought in suburban areas.
76% bought single family homes.
51% bought primary residences.
49% paid cash.
41% were from Mexico.
