This custom ranch-style home sits on five secluded acres with private access to the Guadalupe River. Designed by the esteemed architect Richard Mogas, the house seamlessly blends with the Hill Country landscape and heritage. The construction was expertly executed by skilled custom homebuilder Al Henke. The limestone walls and cool stone floors, embedded with fossils millions of years old, are particularly enchanting. One of the most appealing aspects of living here is the privacy; the house is hidden from the road, and the main bedrooms are set apart and sound-insulated from each other and the rest of the living spaces.

We anticipated the possibility of future expansion.
